I have been practicing as a Remedial Massage Therapist in Sydney for over 20 years, and have been massaging for as long as I can remember.

I utilise many modalities including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy; Cranial & Myofascial Release & the incredibly gentle Lymphatic Drainage.

My aim is to relieve tension in soft tissues & associated pain, balancing the nervous system & allowing the body its best opportunity for healing and optimum health.
